Nice flavour but leaves a chalky aftertaste in your mouth.

I'm not a big caffeine user so I was expecting Legend might knock my socks off given the 250mg of caffeine plus theobromine.

It kicked in very smoothly and supported a very intense workout without being distracting. Some tingles from the Beta Alanine.

By my second workout using this, I didn't notice it as much, but it was certainly there.
